12.08.09 Reception of citizens, Tyumen, willing to accept and adopt the child in a foster family

Since July 2009, the Agency for the development of family-juvenile Autonomous institution of the Tyumen region of additional professional education and development of social technologies "Regional center "Family" carries out reception of citizens, Tyumen, willing to accept and adopt the child in a foster family.

On the basis of the Agency's citizens are able to diagnose and training for foster parents; to receive from a qualified professional psychological, legal and educational assistance; training in the "School of surrogate parents". In addition, the Agency conducted a survey of living conditions of minors in need in establishing over them custody or guardianship.

Note that earlier on this issue, residents of Tyumen could apply only to the city Department of custody and guardianship on Yamskaya street, 57. Currently, the reception of citizens is carried out in the Agency's development of family-minors address: , Tyumen, other Explorers, 14-a, KAB. No. 103, 104, 105, phone:(3452) 20-14-47; weekdays from 10.00 to 17.00.

The Agency carried out on the basis of the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18.05.2009, No. 423 "On certain questions regarding guardianship and custody of minors citizens."
